Doga\u0111aj, kome je prisustvovalo vi\u0161e od 60 ljudi, pozdravili su gospodin Andreas Efthymiou, gradona\u010delnik Moschato-Tavros i gospo\u0111a Ioanna Athanasatou, delegirani savetnik op\u0161tine Halandri za pitanja pred\u0161kolskog obrazovanja.<\/p>\n<p>U glavnom delu doga\u0111aja, govore je otvorio gospodin Antonis Mavropoulos, osniva\u010d i izvr\u0161ni direktor D-Waste i \u010dlan Me\u0111unarodnog savetodavnog komiteta UNEP-a Me\u0111unarodnog centra za ekolo\u0161ke tehnologije, koji je analizirao globalne gubitke hrane du\u017e snabdevanja lanca hranom i naglasio hitnu potrebu za redizajniranjem ovog lanca ne samo da bi se re\u0161io problem bacanja hrane, vec\u0301, pre svega, da bi se zadovoljili globalni prehrambeni zahtevi u okviru ekolo\u0161kih granica na\u0161e planete.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim je gospo\u0111a Nasia Barka, \u0161ef Jedinice za prevenciju gubitaka i generisanje otpada od hrane op\u0161tine Halandri, analizirala razli\u010dite aktivnosti op\u0161tine u ovoj oblasti i predstavila rezultate srodnih istra\u017eiva\u010dkih projekata u koje je op\u0161tina uklju\u010dena, u okviru nau\u010dnog uputstva gospodina Gerasimos Lymperatos, profesora Fakulteta hemijskog in\u017eenjerstva NTUA.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga, gospo\u0111a Dia Chorafa, menad\u017eer projekta u organizaciji \u201eBOROUME\u201c, osvrnula se na sveobuhvatnu strategiju koju \u201eBOROUME\u201c sledi da spre\u010di rasipanje hrane du\u017e lanca vrednosti kroz svoje programe kao \u0161to su \u201eSpa\u0161avanje i snabdevanje hranom\u201c, \u201eBOROUME kod pijaca\u201d i \u201eNe baca se porcija hrane\u201d, kao i njihove akcije na podizanju svesti u\u010denika i javnosti o fenomenu bacanja hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Direkciju je preuzeo gospodin Vangelis Terzis, nau\u010dni slu\u017ebenik D-WASTE, koji je postavio okvir saradnje izme\u0111u op\u0161tina i HoReCa MSP preduzec\u0301a na osnovu zakonskih obaveza, posebnosti gr\u010dkog konteksta, neophodnih promena u svakodnevnoj praksi upravljanja restoranima i imperativnu finansijsku podr\u0161ku malim preduzec\u0301ima u HORECA sektoru kako bi mogli da integri\u0161u principe cirkularne ekonomije.<\/p>\n<p>Zavr\u0161avajuc\u0301i prezentacije, g-din Dimitris Damigos, profesor Rudarsko-metalur\u0161ke \u0161kole NTUA koordinator projekta ADVANCE, izneo je metodologiju i rezultate projekta u pravcu negovanja strate\u0161ke koalicije za obrazovanje, obuku i podizanje svesti izme\u0111u op\u0161tina i HORECA MSP, tako da obe strane mogu nesmetano i efikasno da ispune ambiciozne ciljeve u pogledu rasipanja hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Doga\u0111aj je zavr\u0161en zanimljivim intervencijama prisutnih predstavnika op\u0161tina i HORECA preduzec\u0301a o izazovima sa kojima se suo\u010davaju i fragmentiranim ali vrednim inicijativama koje su preduzete na smanjenju bacanja hrane.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Doga\u0111aj za \u0161irenje rezultata ADVANCE (\u201eUnapre\u0111enje op\u0161tinske kru\u017ene ekonomije\u201c) pod nazivom \u201eSmanjenje proizvodnje otpada od hrane u op\u0161tinama i malim i srednjim preduzec\u0301ima HORECA\u201c odr\u017ean je sa velikim uspehom u \u010detvrtak, 15. februara 2024. godine, na gostoprimljivom mestu Kulturni centar \u201eTheodoros Angelopoulos\u201c op\u0161tine Moschato-Tavros. Doga\u0111aj, kome je prisustvovalo vi\u0161e od 60 ljudi, pozdravili su gospodin Andreas Efthymiou, gradona\u010delnik Moschato-Tavros i gospo\u0111a Ioanna Athanasatou, delegirani savetnik op\u0161tine Halandri za pitanja pred\u0161kolskog obrazovanja. U glavnom delu doga\u0111aja, govore je otvorio gospodin Antonis Mavropoulos, osniva\u010d i izvr\u0161ni direktor D-Waste i \u010dlan Me\u0111unarodnog savetodavnog komiteta UNEP-a Me\u0111unarodnog centra za ekolo\u0161ke tehnologije, koji je analizirao globalne gubitke hrane du\u017e snabdevanja lanca hranom i naglasio hitnu potrebu za redizajniranjem ovog lanca ne samo da bi se re\u0161io problem bacanja hrane, vec\u0301, pre svega, da bi se zadovoljili globalni prehrambeni zahtevi u okviru ekolo\u0161kih granica na\u0161e planete. Zatim je gospo\u0111a Nasia Barka, \u0161ef Jedinice za prevenciju gubitaka i generisanje otpada od hrane op\u0161tine Halandri, analizirala razli\u010dite aktivnosti op\u0161tine u ovoj oblasti i predstavila rezultate srodnih istra\u017eiva\u010dkih projekata u koje je op\u0161tina uklju\u010dena, u okviru nau\u010dnog uputstva gospodina Gerasimos Lymperatos, profesora Fakulteta hemijskog in\u017eenjerstva NTUA. Nakon toga, gospo\u0111a Dia Chorafa, menad\u017eer projekta u organizaciji \u201eBOROUME\u201c, osvrnula se na sveobuhvatnu strategiju koju \u201eBOROUME\u201c sledi da spre\u010di rasipanje hrane du\u017e lanca vrednosti kroz svoje programe kao \u0161to su \u201eSpa\u0161avanje i snabdevanje hranom\u201c, \u201eBOROUME kod pijaca\u201d i \u201eNe baca se porcija hrane\u201d, kao i njihove akcije na podizanju svesti u\u010denika i javnosti o fenomenu bacanja hrane. Direkciju je preuzeo gospodin Vangelis Terzis, nau\u010dni slu\u017ebenik D-WASTE, koji je postavio okvir saradnje izme\u0111u op\u0161tina i HoReCa MSP preduzec\u0301a na osnovu zakonskih obaveza, posebnosti gr\u010dkog konteksta, neophodnih promena u svakodnevnoj praksi upravljanja restoranima i imperativnu finansijsku podr\u0161ku malim preduzec\u0301ima u HORECA sektoru kako bi mogli da integri\u0161u principe cirkularne ekonomije. Zavr\u0161avajuc\u0301i prezentacije, g-din Dimitris Damigos, profesor Rudarsko-metalur\u0161ke \u0161kole NTUA koordinator projekta ADVANCE, izneo je metodologiju i rezultate projekta u pravcu negovanja strate\u0161ke koalicije za obrazovanje, obuku i podizanje svesti izme\u0111u op\u0161tina i HORECA MSP, tako da obe strane mogu nesmetano i efikasno da ispune ambiciozne ciljeve u pogledu rasipanja hrane.
